Hi, I purchased EasyBlog from you, but I’m unable to access my account page as explained on this page: https://support.creative-graphics.ch/software/updates to generate the download key.
I’m getting the following error message:
“You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.”
