if a user make a copy of his blog it would not been seen and/or publish automatically and there is not control of it.
You can see it in CRE8 Blog backend that a copy is created but the user can not publish and/or see it on his frontend CRE8 Blog dashboard.
This is the front menu for Overview Dashboard. Test by going to your blog and make a copy of it. Then go to your front end dashboard and see if you can find it there. Its not see at all.
To see unpublished posts, you need a menu item of type "Dashboard (Posts)".
The menu-item you chose is only an overview of this authors activity, not a view from which you can edit/publish new posts etc.
Please change menu item type to "Dashboard (Posts)".

HI Pascal I changed that now and the user can make a copy of a post b u t its not visable in that panel anyhow..

You can login frontend go to Business panel https://www.whattodo.com/en/my-dashboards/business-dashboard/business-dashboard left column change to user Stan and see the results then https://www.whattodo.com/en/my-dashboards/member-dashboard/blogs-overview/dashboard/entries
Then please review your ACL for all the usergroups Stan is in.
This user has no rights to moderate posts.
Ok changed that and will test later to see its ok now
