How To Integrate GIPHY With Easysocial

We love to use GIFs and we know you do too. EasySocial is now integrated with Giphy! Users on the site will now interact more frequently since adding a GIF is as simple as searching or clicking on a GIF.

Here are the points which you can check it out on how to integrate GIPHY with EasySocial.

Obtaining GIPHY's API Key

Head over to page with your GIPHY account. Then create an app for EasySocial by clicking on Create An App button. You'll be asked to create a GIPGY account if you don't own one.

Once the app created, you'll be provided with your own API key. You're now ready to use this feature once you have pasted the API key at the EasySocial > Settings > General > Giphy > API key settings.

Enable Giphy For Story Form

To enable Giphy on your story form, you'll need to turn on Display Giphy In Form setting at EasySocial > Settings > Activity Stream > Layout as shown in the screenshot below.

Enable Giphy For Comments Form

In order to use Giphy on the comments form, you need to enable Allow Giphy In Comments setting at EasySocial > Settings > General > Comments as shown in the screenshot below.

Enable Giphy For Conversations Form

In order to use Giphy on the conversations form, you need to enable Allow Giphy In Conversations setting at EasySocial > Settings > General > Conversation as shown in the screenshot below.

That's it and you are good to go!
