Unable To Register

There is a known conflict issue between K2 and EasySocial. Users will hit an error of The words you typed did not match the ones displayed. Please try again. upon submitting the registration form. This issue is related to the reCaptcha being activated on the K2.

Upon users submitting their registration form, EasySocial will trigger the necessary calls to the system to save the user object. However, because of the reCaptcha interception in K2, the user registration action would then fail.

To address this issue,

1. Navigate to the K2 settings at Global Configuration > K2 > Site > Anti-spam Settings.
2. Turn off the option Enable reCaptcha on the registration form.
