Upgrading from EasyBlog 3.x to the latest version must be done using either of the following install methods:
Do Not Upgrade EasyBlog 3.x with The Updater
Do not try to perform an upgrade from 3.x to the latest version using the updater as it will not work
Upgrading EasyBlog 3.x with its built-in updater will not work and you will see an error as shown in the screen shot below:
