You may encounter this error when accessing disabled stream item. The reason why you may hit this error is because site admin has turned off the ability for user to see some of the stream; thus making these stream restricted.
To fix this, navigate to EasySocial > Applications and checks for each user's app. There, you might find an app of which stream item has been turned off.
