Easysocial Group Admin Assignment

EasySocial Group functionality where users on your site could create their own groups and collaborate with other users on the same site.
If you want to assign users to specific EasySocial Group as per user subscription then you can use this integtration.

Setup EasySocial Group Admin Assignment

  • Navigate to and create a new instance of this app at PayPlans > Apps > New > EasySocial Group Admin Assignment.

  • Assign this instance to all plans using the Apply on All Plans setting or select a specific plan if you want to assign this instance to a specific plan only. The app will not take effect on plans that are not selected.

  • Under the Parameters section, you may see three options of subscription status (Is Active, On Hold, Has Expire).

  • Determine which subscription status that user needs to have for them to be assigned as the group admin.

  • Once you have determined the subscription status, you may click the group selection on the text box and select which group the user will be assigned as admin.

  • As an example, let's say you want user A to automatically be assigned as the admin of Group A once the user has an active subscription; You may refer to the screenshot example below on how the configuration should look from your end.

  • Additionally, with this app, the admin role will automatically be revoked once the user's subscription no longer met the criteria set above.
