Plan Upgrades

PayPlans allows you to create upgrade paths for users on the site to upgrade their subscriptions. You can also configure which plants are allowed to upgrade in PayPlans. To create an upgrade route for plans, follow these simple steps:

1. Head over to PayPlans > Plans > Upgrades

2. Click on the New button which appears on the toolbar at upper left corner.

3. You will see the upgrade form that looks similar to the form below:

   

   General

   Under the General section, you can set the upgrade rule to be applied to selective plans by disabling the option Apply on All Plans. When doing so, you can set the plans that you want the rule to be applied on.

   Parameters

   In the Parameters section, you can configure additional settings for the upgrade rule.

   Allowed Upgrades - This option determines the plans that can be upgraded to.

   Provisioning of trial during upgrade - This is applicable to plans with trials. This option determines if trials should still be provided when they upgrade to the plan.
