Group Module
This module would display a list of groups on your site based on the filtering options that you configured. There are 2 types of layout available for this module as displayed in the following screenshot.
Configuration Options
The available options for this module are listed as in the following screenshot. There are 4 types of filter available for this module; No filtering, Featured Groups, User's Groups and Specific Category Groups.

There are 2 types of layout available for this module. It can be configured under Advanced tab and specify the desired Alternative Layout here.
