How To Change Datetime Format

How to Change DateTime Format

You can either use relative datetime format or static datetime format.

  • Relative datetime format - The datetime in comments will appear as relative time, eg: 2 days ago.

  • Static datetime format - The datetime in comments will appear as the actual comment time, eg: 2020 January 1, 04:04. (:* This can be futher configur)d.

Relative Datetime Format

Navigate to Komento's backend Komento > Integrations and select the tab Layout > Comment Item. Set Enable Lapsed Time to Yes.

Static Datetime Format

To set a static datetime format, navigvate to Komento's backend Komento > Integrations and select the tab Layout > Comment Item. Set Enable Lapsed Time to No.

You can further configure the datetime format under the General Layout tab in the Appearance section.
